摘　　要：目的:探讨监测脑状态指数(CSI)与颅脑外伤患者不同脑功能损害程度的相关性及其临床指导意义。方法:选择广州市花都区人民医院2019年1月-2020年12月间收治的108例颅脑外伤患者为研究对象,比较不同脑损伤患者GCS评分、CSI值情况,分析GCS评分、CSI值与脑损伤程度的相关性,分析CSI值评价脑损伤程度的效能。结果:预后不良组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分及CSI值明显低于预后良好组患者(P<0.05);CSI值、GCS评分与脑损伤程度呈负相关性,脑损伤程度越严重,CSI值与GCS评分越低(P<0.05);ROC曲线下,CSI值评价不同脑损伤程度的灵敏度及特异度均较高(P<0.05)。结论:CSI值与颅脑外伤患者脑功能损害程度密切相关,临床上可根据CSI值评价结果,为患者提供诊疗依据,从而有助于提高患者预后。Objective:To investigate the correlation between monitoring brain state index(CSI)and different degrees of brain function damage in patients with traumatic brain injury and its clinical significance. Methods:108 patients with traumatic brain injury in Huadu District People.s Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2019 to December2020 were selected as the research objects. The GCS score and CSI value of patients with different traumatic brain injury were compared. The correlation between GCS score,CSI value and the degree of traumatic brain injury was analyzed,and the effectiveness of CSI value in evaluating the degree of traumatic brain injury was analyzed. Results:NIHSS score,ADL score and CSI value of patients with poor prognosis were significantly lower than those of patients with good prognosis(P<0.05);The more severe the brain injury was,the lower the CSI and GCS scores were(P<0.05);Under ROC curve,the sensitivity and specificity of CSI value in evaluating different degrees of brain injury were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:CSI value is closely related to the degree of brain function damage in patients with traumatic brain injury. The clinical evaluation results can provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment of patients according to the CSI value,which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
