摘　　要：目的:探讨社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者血清尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)、可溶性髓系细胞触发受体(sTREM-1)的临床意义。方法:以2020年6月-2021年7月收治的CAP患者为50例研究组,同期体检的健康者50例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组血清suPAR、sTREM-1水平,采用肺炎严重度评分(PSI)评估CAP患者病情严重情况。结果:研究组suPAR、sTREM-1水平均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),且suPAR、sTREM-1水平与PSI存在明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CAP患者的血清suPAR、sTREM-1水平明显增高且与病情严重程度呈显著正相关。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of serum urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor(suPAR)and soluble myeloid cell trigger receptor(sTREM-1)in patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods:50 patients with CAP admitted to the hospital from Jun 2020 to Jul 2021 were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy persons examined in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,the levels of suPAR and sTREM-1 in serum were measured by ELISA and the severity of pneumonia score(PSI)was used to assess the severity of CAP. Results:The levels of suPAR and sTREM-1 in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(both P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between suPAR,STREM-1 and PSI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of suPAR and sTREM-1 in patients with CAP were significantly increased and positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
