非糖尿病老年人脂蛋白(a)水平升高与深静脉血栓形成的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究主要讨论老年人脂蛋白(a)(Lipoprotein a)水平升高与非糖尿病老年人深静脉血栓形成(DVT)风险的相关性。方法:纳入了2017年10月至2020年10月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院就诊无糖尿病患者304例,60-70岁,均行下肢静脉彩超检查。152例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者为DVT组,152例无下肢深静脉血栓形成患者为对照组,两组间年龄、性别相匹配。将Lp(a)水平升高定义为≥30 mg/dL。所有参与者分为Lp(a)水平升高组和Lp(a)水平正常组,采用SPSS23.0统计分析。结果:Lp(a)水平升高组中,DVT发病率高于高于对照组。通过多元logistic回归分析,Lp(a)水平升高[2.013(1.306,3.104),P=0.002]显著增加了DVT发生风险,其中股静脉血栓形成比例高于腘静脉(P<0.05)。结论:在非糖尿病的老年人中,Lp(a)水平升高显著增加DVT发生风险。Objectives:To investigate whether elevated Lp(a)levels correlated the risk of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in non-diabetes elderly. Methods:We enrolled 304 patients in age from 60 to 70 without diabetes,who visited Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from October,2017 to October,2020 and whoall underwent lower limb venous color ultrasound examination. 152 patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis were set in DVT group,and 152 patients without lower limb deep venous thrombosis were in control group,allmatched by age and sex. Lp(a)level ≥30 mg/dL were defined as elevated Lp(a). All participants were classified as elevated ornormal Lp(a)group.SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results:Compare to the Lp(a)normal group,elevated Lp(a)group had a higher incidence of DVT. Elevated Lp(a)levels[2.013(1.306,3.104),P=0.002]remarkably increased the risk of DVT and incidence of femoral vein thrombosis was higher than incidence of popliteal vein thrombosis[P<0.05]by multiple logistic analysis. Conclusion:Elevated Lp(a)levels wasremarkably increase DVT risk in non-diabetes elderly.
