摘 要:目的:新生儿铁缺乏与生长发育延迟和认知功能障碍有关,探讨导致铁缺乏的高危因素并及早干预有利于改善患儿的预后。方法:本文回顾性收集2019年1月1日至2021年7月31日在广州中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院新生儿重症监护室和新生儿科住院的361例单胎婴儿,依据胎龄、出生体重、性别分组,分析其生后1周内首次检测的铁、血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白含量的差异。结果:早产儿和低出生体重儿铁含量明显低于足月儿和正常出生体重儿(P<0.05);血清铁蛋白含量的分析中,早产儿显著高于足月儿(P<0.05),低出生体重儿稍高于正常出生体重儿,但两者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。胎龄和出生体重对血红蛋白的含量无影响。不同性别新生儿的铁、血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白含量无差异。结论:早产是缺铁性贫血的高危因素,及时补充铁,维持体内铁代谢稳态,对新生儿的生长发育和器官功能发展至关重要。Objective:To investigate the risk factors of iron deficiency and early intervention can improve the prognosis of neonates,based on the correlation between neonatal iron deficiency and growth retardation and cognitive dysfunction. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 361 neonates in singleton pregnancies from January 2019 to July 2021 in Sun Yat-sent Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. All involved neonates were conducted a detection of serum iron,serum ferritin and hemoglobin,divided into research group and control group according to gestational age,birth weight and gender. Results:The serum iron level of premature infants and low birth weight infants was significantly lower than that of term infants and normal birth weight infants(P<0.05). The serum ferritin level of premature infants was significantly higher than that of term infants(P<0.05),and that of low birth weight infants was slightly higher than that of normal birth weight infants,but there were no significant differences(P>0.05). Gestational age and birth weight had no effect on hemoglobin content. The contents of iron,serum ferritin and hemoglobin had no difference between males and females. Conclusion:Preterm birth is a risk factor for iron-deficiency anemia,hence,iron supplementation can maintain the homeostasis of iron metabolism,and play a crucially important role in the development and functioning.
