摘　　要：针对蚕丝被消费市场对原料茧的巨大需求,利用茧型大、茧层厚的家蚕种质资源,通过杂交育种并结合纯系分离定向选择技术,育成了万蚕产茧层量高、茧丝纤度粗的蚕丝被生产专用家蚕新品种丝棉1号。该品种具有孵化眠起齐一、熟蚕齐涌、茧型大、茧层厚、双宫茧率高的特点,具体表现为万蚕产茧量和万蚕产茧层量分别比对照品种秋丰×白玉提高16.05%和22.75%,茧丝纤度>3.556 dtex,出丝率高出对照品种0.89百分点,出棉率比对照高3.29百分点,丝棉的压缩率(55.20%)和回复率(93.0%)均达到蚕丝被国家标准中优等品的指标要求。丝棉1号于2020年5月通过浙江省主要农作物品种审定委员会审定,适宜在华东地区环境条件较好的季节饲养。In response to the huge demand for raw cocoons in the silk quilt consumer market, a new silkworm variety specialized for silk quilt production named Simian 1, which had high cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae and thick cocoon filament size, was bred by cross breeding, pure line separation and directional selection from silkworm germplasms with large cocoon shape and thick cocoon shell. The new varity showed characteristics of uniform hatching, molting and mounting, as well as large cocoon shape, thick cocoon shell, and high percentage of double cocoons. The cocoon yield and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae of Simian 1 were 16.05% and 22.75% higher than those of the control varity Qiufeng×Baiyu. Its cocoon filament size was thicker than 3.556 dtex. Its raw silk rate was 0.89 percentage points higher and the raw silk floss rate was 3.29 percentage points higher than those of the control. The compression rate and recovery rate of the silk floss were 55.20% and 93.00%, respectively, both achieving the requirements of top-grade product in national standard. Simian 1 was approved by Principal Crop Variety Evaluation Committee of Zhejiang Province in May 2020, and was recommended for rearing in Eastern China in suitable seasons.
