摘  要:针对大蚕饲育环节劳动强度大、蚕房利用率低等问题,研制了可垂直旋转的大蚕饲育架,该饲育架可完成蚕台定位取盘操作,实现撒粉消毒、给桑环节的机械化作业,并在完成指定动作后复位。通过对蚕台定位取盘控制系统进行分析,优化饲育架运转参数,开展大蚕饲育试验,结果表明:28个蚕台工作时运转稳定,在相同养蚕量情况下该饲育架可节约蚕房占地面积48%,且能有效降低大蚕饲育劳动强度,提高养蚕机械化水平。Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low utilization rate of silkworm room, a vertical rotating feeding frame for grown silkworm rearing was developed. The feeding frame can complete the positioning and disctaking operation of the silkworm platform, realize the mechanization of powder spraying, disinfection and mulberry feeding, and reset after completing specified action. The grown silkworm rearing test was carried out by analyzing the control system of positioning and disc-taking of silkworm platform, and by optimizing the operational parameters of the feeding frame. The results showed that the 28 silkworm platforms were stable in operation. With the same amount of silkworms reared, the feeding frame can save 48% of the area of silkworm room, and can effectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the mechanization level of sericulture.
