摘  要:目的分析广州市严重急性呼吸道感染(Severe Acute Respiratory Infection,SARI)病例感染的流感病毒的流行病学特征。方法由中国疾病预防控制信息系统导出广州市2017年6月至2020年12月SARI监测信息,结合实验室检测结果分析SARI病例流感病毒感染情况。结果广州市2017年6月至2020年12月累计采集并检测SARI标本5100份,检出流感病毒阳性标本133份,总体阳性率2.61%;2019年流感病毒检出阳性率较2017、2018、2020年高(4.43%vs.2.79%,3.25%,1.47%),差异具有统计学意义χ^(2)=27.943,P<0.001);2017年7月、2018年1月及2月、2019年1月及5月、2020年1月流感病毒检出阳性率超过10%;不同性别SARI标本流感病毒检出阳性率差异不具有统计学意义;不同年龄段SARI标本流感病毒检出阳性率差异具有统计学意义χ^(2)=32.293,P<0.001),2020年各年龄组检出率差异具有统计学意义χ^(2)=27.547,P=0.001)。2017—2020年检出A(H3N2)型分别为14、1、5、28份;检出A(H1N1)型分别为1、13、27、6份;检出B(Victoria)型分别为0、1、15、1份;检出B(Yamagata)型分别为2、19、0、0份。结论广州市SARI标本流感病毒检出阳性率低于国内其他省市,主要检出流感病毒为A型流感病毒。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza virus infection in cases of Severe Acute Respiratory Tract Infection(SARI)in Guangzhou City,2017—2020.Methods The SARI surveillance information from June2017 to December 2020 in Guangzhou was derived from the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System,and the infection of influenza virus in SARI samples was analyzed by combining with the laboratory test results.Results A total of5100 SARI specimens were collected and tested in Guangzhou from June 2017 to December 2020,and 133 specimens were positive for influenza virus,with an overall positive rate of 2.61%.Virus detection rate in 2019 was higher than that in 2017,2018,2020(4.43%vs.2.79%,3.25%,1.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=27.943,P<0.001).The positive rate of influenza virus in July 2017,January and February 2018,January and May 2019,and January2020 were more than 10%.There was no statistical significance in the positive rate of influenza virus detected in SARI specimens of different genders.Differences in flu virus detection positive rate of SARI specimens of different ages were statistically significant(χ^(2)=32.293,P<0.001)in 2020,and the detection rate differences among all age groups had statistical significance(χ^(2)=27.547,P=0.001).From 2017 to 2020,14,1,5 and 28 samples were detected A(H3N2)positive,respectively.1,13,27 and 6 samples were detected A(H1N1)positive,respectively.The B(Victoria)were tested0,1,15 and 1 positive,respectively.The B(Yamagata)were tested 2,19,0,and 0 positive,respectively.ConclusionThe positive rate of influenza virus in SARI samples in Guangzhou is lower than that in other provinces and cities in China,and influenza virus detected was mainly type A influenza virus.
