谵妄护理压力量表的汉化及信效度评价

摘　　要：目的对谵妄护理压力量表(Strain of Care for Delirium Index,SCDI)进行汉化及信效度评价。方法获得源量表开发者的授权后,采用Brislin法进行翻译、回译,并进行跨文化调适。调查337名具有谵妄患者护理经历的护士,采用临界比值法和相关系数法进行量表项目分析;探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析评价量表的效度;采用Cronbachα系数、重测信度评价量表的信度。结果(1)中文版SCDI包含4个维度,20个条目。各条目与总分之间的相关系数为0.334~0.693(均P<0.05),临界值为4.933~14.952(均P<0.05)。(2)探索性因子分析共提取出四个公因子,累计方差贡献率63.638%,每个条目的因子负荷量为0.487~0.866(均>0.45);验证性因子分析显示,χ^(2)/df为2.275、CFI为0.942、GFI为0.907、AGFI为0.875、RMSEA为0.062、RMR为0.021、IFI为0.943、TLI为0.929,模型的适配度良好。(3)总量表的Cronbachα系数是0.894,四个维度的Cronbachα系数在0.744~0.920之间;总量表的重测信度为0.898,四个维度的重测信度在0.706~0.806之间。结论中文版SCDI具有良好的信效度,可用于量化评估我国护理人员的谵妄护理压力。Objective To investigate the Chinese version of the strain of care for delirium index and examine its reliability and validity.Methods The SCDI was translated and adapted according to Chinese culture.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SCDI were tested in 337 nurses with delirium nursing experience.The critical ratio method and correlation coefficient method were used to analyze the scale items.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to evaluate the validity of the scale.CronbachαCoefficient and re-test reliability were used to evaluate the reliability of the scale.Results The Chinese version of SCDI contained 4 dimensions and 20 entries.The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score was 0.334-0.693(allP<0.05),and the critical value was 4.933-14.952(allP<0.05).Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rate being 63.638%.And the factor load of each item was 0.487-0.866(allP>0.45).Confirmatory factor analysis showed thatχ^(2)/dfwas 2.275,CFI was 0.942,GFIwas 0.907,AGFIwas 0.875,RMSEAwas 0.062,RMRwas 0.021,IFIwas 0.943,TLIwas 0.929,and the fitness of the model was good.The Cronbachαof the SCDI was 0.894 and the re-test reliability was 0.898 in this study.Conclusion The SCDI is proved to be reliable and valid and can be used to assess the strain of nurses who care for patients with delirium in China.
