摘 要:在有限元软件COMSOL中对某隔声罩声学性能进行仿真测试计算,通过搭建声学平台对其进行了实验测试,分别计算了仿真与实验测试情况下隔声罩在200~1500 Hz噪声状态下的插入损失,仿真与实验测试结果基本一致,验证了仿真方法的可靠性。对隔声罩及其罩内声腔进行模态分析,确定隔声罩插入损失曲线低谷与峰值产生的机理,为隔声罩声学性能检验与优化提供了理论依据。A simulation test method for acoustic performance of the acoustic enclosure is presented in the finite element software COMSOL,and through constructing acoustic test platform for acoustic performance test,insertion loss of sound insulation cover in the simulation and experimental test cases are calculated respectively in the condition of 200 to 1500 Hz noise.The simulation test results are basically identical with the experiment,which verified the reliability of the simulation method.The modal analysis of the acoustic enclosure and the acoustic cavity is carried out,and the causes of the trough and peak are analyzed.The study provides theoretical basis for the acoustic performance testing and optimization of the acoustical housing.
