摘 要:中碳冷镦钢盘条的脱碳层控制已成为冷镦钢质量水平评价的重要指标。本文以SWRCH35K中碳碳素冷镦钢和SCM435中碳合金冷镦钢为研究对象,对坯料状态及加热、轧制和冷却工艺影响盘条表面的脱碳情况进行工业试验对比分析。结果表明,中碳碳素冷镦钢、小规格盘条的脱碳更为严重;采用降低钢坯加热温度、缩短钢坯在炉时间、调整钢坯加热气氛、优化控轧控冷工艺可满足盘条脱碳层深度所占直径比例不大于1.0%的要求;通过对高端冷镦钢分级管理,采用全修磨轧制坯,脱碳层深度所占直径比例可稳定地控制在0.8%以内。The decarburization layer control of medium carbon cold heading steel wire rod has become an important index to evaluate its quality level.In this paper,the effects of the billet state and the heating,rolling and cooling process on the wire rod surface decarburization was compared and analyzed by industrial tests for medium carbon cold heading steel of SWRCH35 K and the medium carbon alloy cold heading steel of SCM435.The results show that the decarburization of medium carbon cold heading steel with low alloy and small size wire rod are more serious.By reducing the billet heating temperature,shortening the billet time in the furnace,adjusting the billet heating atmosphere and optimizing the controlled rolling and cooling process,the ratio of the depth of decarburization layer to the diameter of wire rod can meet the requirement of not more than 1.0%.Furthermore,the ratio of decarburization depth to diameter can be controlled within 0.8%stably through the classification management of high-end cold heading steel,such as the use of comprehensive grinding rolled billet.
