摘 要:研究不同淬火温度和回火温度对大壁厚X80管件钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:淬火温度从880℃提高至920℃,试验钢强度呈上升趋势,冲击韧性呈先上升后降低的趋势;回火温度从620℃提高至700℃,试验钢回火软化增加,强度呈下降趋势,但组织均匀性得到改善,冲击韧性呈上升趋势。试验钢900℃淬火及660℃回火工艺条件下,获得均匀细小的回火索氏体组织,其屈服强度650 MPa以上,抗拉强度为730 MPa以上,屈强比0.91以内,-45℃冲击功200 J以上,实现强韧性良好匹配,综合性能较佳。The effects of different quenching and tempering temperatures on the mechanical properties of X80 pipe fitting steel with large wall thickness were investigated.The results show that the strength of the steel increases with the increase of quenching temperature from 880℃to920℃,the impact toughness increases first and then decreases.When the tempering temperature increases from 620℃to 700℃,the tempering softening of the steel increases and the strength decreases,however,the microstructure uniformity is improved and the impact toughness increases.The uniform and fine tempered sorbite structure is obtained by quenching at 900℃and tempering at 660℃.The yield strength is over 650 MPa,the tensile strength is over 730 MPa,the Y/T ratio is less than 0.91,and the impact energy is over 200 J at-45℃,which is a good match of strength and toughness and better comprehensive performance.
