摘  要:分析了矿区地面环境建设对生态环境的影响,以现有环境生态评价规范为基础,以已有的方法和理论为出发点,合理建立矿区地面环境影响评价指标体系,并遵循一定的规则将定性指标定量化处理,最终构建了一种矿区地面环境定量评价和动态优化模型,形成综合评价体系。利用综合评价体系对矿区地面环境建设过程中产生的环境噪声、空气质量、水土环境等指标进行定量计算,对于矿区地面环境工程综合评价的规范化、智能化发展具有重要意义。Analyzed the impact of the mining area′s ground environment construction on the ecological environment,based on the existing environmental and ecological evaluation norms,and based on the existing methods and theories,reasonably established the mining area′s ground environment impact evaluation index system,and followed certain rules to define the qualitative indicators quantitative processing,and finally constructed a quantitative evaluation and dynamic optimization model of the ground environment of the mining area,forming a comprehensive evaluation system.Using the comprehensive evaluation system to quantitatively calculate the environmental noise,air quality,water and soil environment and other indicators generated during the construction of the ground environment in the mining area was of great significance for the standardized and intelligent development of the comprehensive evaluation of the ground environment engineering in the mining area.
