摘　　要：黑龙江省国有林区改革后,行政管理职能移交当地政府。由于改革过度时间短,致使基层林业站行政执法困难、工作人员紧缺问题凸显,严重影响到涉林案件的执法查处工作,基于对各种问题的探讨和分析,并针对相关问题给出解决对策。After the reform of state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang Province,the administrative functions were transferred to the local government.Due to the short time of excessive reform,the administrative law enforcement difficulties and staff shortage of grass-roots forestry stations are prominent,which seriously affects the law enforcement and investigation of forest related cases.Based on the discussion and analysis of various problems,the solutions to relevant problems are given.
