摘  要:为了高效利用水资源,减少水库淤积,保证枢纽安全运行,多沙河流水库的减淤发电水沙调控成套技术难题亟待解决。通过黄河流域骨干枢纽群泥沙运动规律和水沙调控理论和实践,提出了水沙调控理论和工程实践的新思路,探索出多沙河流水库减淤增效、节水增容的工程和非工程成套关键技术,研究成果应用于刘家峡水库增建减淤发电工程及水沙调控实践中,全面提升了刘家峡水库的综合利用效益,取得了显著的社会和工程综合效益。In order to make efficient use of water resources,reduce reservoir siltation,and ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,the technical problems of siltation reduction,power generation,and water-sediment regulation for sediment-laden river reservoirs need to be solved urgently.Based on the pattern of sediment movement,the theory and practice of water-sediment control in the main projects in the Yellow River Basin,new ideas for the theory and engineering practice of water-sediment control are put forward,and engineering and non-engineering technologies for siltation reduction,efficiency increase,water-saving and capacity-increasing of sediment-laden river reservoirs have been explored.The study results have been applied to the Liujiaxia Reservoir in its optimal operation of siltation reduction-power generation project and water-sediment control practice and has yielded remarkable social and economic benefits.
