摘  要:运用精益管理理论中的"DMAIC"过程,包括定义、分析、测量、改进和控制,运用过程追踪法分析北京市医院管理中心对市属22家三级医院的绩效动态评价,包括绩效动态评价开创探索阶段,绩效动态评价调整深化阶段,绩效动态评价精益管理阶段。研究发现通过实施绩效动态评价,医院公益性得到较好体现,患者满意度不断提升,医疗服务保持高位运行,医疗服务质量不断提升。建议实施绩效动态评价,提升医院公益性水平;抓住医疗服务主体,理顺医疗服务关系;把握医疗服务特征,用好信任品供需机制。Based on lean management theory,it analyzed DMAIC process(definition,analysis,estimation,improvement and control) of the Beijing Hospital Authority s dynamic performance evaluation of 22 municipal tertiary hospitals,including the exploration stage of dynamic performance evaluation,the adjustment and deepening stage of dynamic performance evaluation,and the lean management stage of dynamic performance evaluation.Through the implementation of dynamic performance evaluation,it was found that the public welfare of the hospital has been well reflected,patient satisfaction has been continuously improved,medical services have been maintained at a high level,and the quality of medical services has been continuously improved.It proposes to implement dynamic performance evaluation to improve the public welfare level of hospitals;grasp the main factor of medical service and straighten out the relationship of medical service;grasp the characteristics of medical service and make good use of the supply and demand mechanism of trust products.
