摘 要:目的探讨江苏省五市乡村医生收入与社会保障满意度情况及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法对160个村卫生室中285名乡村医生进行问卷调查,运用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果乡村医生收入与社会保障的满意度分别为46.62%和58.72%。月收入、月收入年变化、人员短缺情况是乡村医生收入与社会保障满意度的共同影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乡村医生收入与社会保障满意度偏低。通过提高乡村医生整体收入水平,优化收入结构,制定合理的激励政策,完善村卫生室人员配比,加强乡村医生的继续教育,进一步提高乡村医生整体素质,以保证乡村医生队伍的稳定和发展。Objective To analyze rural doctors’income and social security satisfaction and its influencing factors in five cities of Jiangsu Province.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 285 rural doctors from 160 village clinics by stratified random sampling method.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to identify the influencing factors.Results 46.62%and 58.72%of rural doctors were satisfied with their income and social security.Monthly income,annual change of monthly incomeand personnel shortage were the common influencing factors for rural doctors’income and social security satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions Rural doctors’income and social security satisfaction are low.It is necessary to improve the overall income of rural doctors,optimize the income structure,formulate reasonable incentive policies,improve the personnel ratio of village clinics,enhance the continuing education for rural doctors and further improve their overall quality,so as to ensure the stability and development of rural doctors.
