摘　　要：为解决当前基层社区医疗需求旺盛与医疗资源供给不足之间的矛盾,文章从主体、任务、要素、机制、绩效和支撑要素协同视角构建社区高危儿童健康管理的协同创新机制,并建立基于DEMATEL-ANP模型的基层社区高危儿童健康管理协同动态评价模型。通过实证案例评价分析,表明基层社区高危儿童健康管理应该加强多维度、多视角和多层次的协同运作,提升协同管理效果和效率。In order to solve the contradiction between the current strong healthcare demand in grassroots communities and the insufficient supply of health resources,this paperfocused onthe collaborative innovation in the health management of high-risk children in communities from six dimensions including the main body,tasks,elements,mechanism,performance,and supporting elements,and established a collaborative dynamic evaluation model for the health management of high-risk children in grassroots communities based on the DEMATEL-ANP model.Based on empirical case evaluation and analysis,it suggested thatduring the health management of high-risk children in grassroots communities multi-dimensional,multi-perspective and multi-level collaborative operation should be strengthened to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of collaborative management.
