摘　　要：焊装生产线在生产过程中,白车身零件需要携带车型、流水号、车身类型等车型信息。通过对这些车型信息的采集、处理、传递和显示,以实现人工区分、机器人程序选择、零件匹配等多种功能。通过PLC控制系统的SCL语言对车型数据进行处理,编写出可以重复使用的逻辑块,实现了对车型信息从接收存储到传递应用的稳定控制,形成标准化、模块化的程序,体现了易维护和重复使用等多种优势。In the production process of the welding production line,Body In White(BIW)parts need to contain vehicle type information such as vehicle type,serial number and body type.Through collection,processing,transmission and display of those vehicle information,many functions such as manual identification,robot program selection and parts matching can be implemented.In this paper,the SCL language of PLC control system is used to process the vehicle data,and write a reusable logic block,which realizes the stable control of vehicle information from receiving,storing to transmitting and applying.A standardized and modular program is formed,which embodies many advantages such as easy maintenance and reuse.
