摘 要:建立了HC420LA单搭接接头的二维平面应变有限元模型,研究了钢板厚度、胶层厚度和载荷对胶粘接头旋转角度和内部应力场的影响规律。计算结果表明:胶层内的最大等效应力出现在结构胶与钢板表面接触的直角处,且该处应力状态为两向拉应力,是破坏胶层的主要因素;该处的等效应力最大值随着胶层厚度和钢板厚度的增加而逐渐减小;增大胶层厚度和增加胶瘤结构能够有效减小胶层内部的等效应力,有利于提高胶粘接头的强度。In this paper,the two-dimensional plane strain finite element model of HC420LA single lap joint is established.The influence of the thickness of the steel plate,the thickness of the adhesive and the load on the rotation angle and internal stress field of the adhesive bond head is studied.Calculations proves that,the maximum equivalent stress in the adhesive occurs at a right angle where the structural adhesive is in contact with the surface of the steel sheet,and the stress state is a two-direction tensile stress,which is the main factor for destroying the adhesive;the maximum equivalent stress at this point gradually decreases as the thickness of the adhesive and the thickness of the steel plate increase;increasing the thickness of the adhesive and increasing the structure of the adhesive can effectively reduce the equivalent stress inside the adhesive layer,which is beneficial to improve the strength of the adhesive bonding head.
