摘　　要：话语互动是社会互动不可分割的一个部分,也是形塑社会的重要手段,话语互动因而构成了批评话语研究中一个重要的研究领域。本文在跨文化传播视角下,在回顾有关话语互动研究相关文献的基础上,借鉴Wodak的话语历史分析方法和田海龙提出的双层五步分析框架,尝试提出了描述话语互动的七个步骤。文章最后以案例为基础,对本文提出的话语互动模式进行了展示,呈现了"腾讯"和"老干妈"双方关于合同纠纷这一话题所展开的话语互动的基本模式和运作机制。Discourse interaction manifests itself as an indispensible part of the social activity and functions as an important means for shaping the society.Discourse interaction is thus an important research area in Critical Discourse Studies.This study,following the perspective of intercultural communication and based on the Discourse-Historical Approach proposed by Wodak and the"2-level 5-step"analytical framework for studying discourses interaction by Tian Hailong,attempts to propose a seven-step model for describing discourse interaction.This model is then used to analyze the discourse interaction between Tencent and Lao Ganma concerning the discourses about the contract dispute,and interaction model as well the operating mechanism behind this case is then presented in this article.
