摘　　要：达威利卡DLH是最新一代的商品化无铵无硼清洁脱灰剂.达威利卡DLH与市场上广泛使用的商品化无铵脱灰剂E(含硼)进行对比后发现:达威利卡DLH具有良好的脱灰效果,能与钙离子形成易溶于水的配合物,具有良好的缓冲和渗透性能,能快速去除灰皮中的灰碱,消除裸皮的膨胀状态.脱灰时间为60 min时脱灰裸皮柔软,使用酚酞指示剂查看切口,切口颜色是无色的.达威利卡DLH脱灰废液的氨氮含量为32.5 mg/L,可以大幅降低制革脱灰废液的氨氮污染物排放,具有环保清洁的特性.DOWELLICAL DLH was the latest generation of commercial ammonium-free and boron-free deliming agent. DOWELLICAL DLH was compared with commercial ammonium-free deliming agent E widely used in the market. The results show that DOWELLICAL DLH has good deliming effect. DOWELLICAL DLH could form water-soluble complexes with calcium ions. DOWELLICAL DLH has good buffering performance. DOWELLICAL DLH delims gently and quickly. When deliming to 60 min, used phenolphthalein indicator to check the incision, and the incision is colorless. The content of ammonia nitrogen in DOWELLICAL DLH deliming liquor is 32.5 mg/L. DOWELLICAL DLH could greatly reduce the ammonia nitrogen pollutant emission from the tannery deliming waste liquor. DOWELLICAL DLH is environmentally friendly.
