摘  要:矫形鞋垫是一种直接作用于人体足部,用于改善高足弓等足部疾病情况的重要外置装备.文章以跑步运动为例,分析了高足弓人群在跑步时几种不同类型矫形鞋垫对人体下肢的生物力学特征的影响,总结了矫形鞋垫在作用于高足弓人群时的机制,认为足弓支撑、前足楔形支撑以及足弓+前足楔形支撑3种鞋垫能够通过不同作用影响高足弓人群的下肢生物力学特征,并提出了高足弓矫形鞋垫的部分设计思路.Orthopaedic insole is an important external equipment which directly acts on human foot and is used to intervene and improve foot diseases such as high arch.Taking running as an example,the effects of different types of orthopaedic insoles on biomechanical characteristics of lower limbs of people with high arch were analyzed,and the mechanism of orthopaedic insoles intervention on people with high arches was summarized.It is concluded that arch support,forefoot wedge support and arch+forefoot wedge support can affect the biomechanical characteristics of lower limbs of people with high arch through different effects,and some design ideas of high arch orthotic insole were proposed.
