摘 要:为了最大限度地降低慢跑过程中冲击力对人体的损害,本文结合足部整体结构及足底压力分布设计了慢跑鞋减震鞋垫以降低运动损伤的概率.分析了慢跑鞋减震鞋垫的主要作用、质量衡量指标,以及影响性能的主要因素.有针对性地选择基础鞋垫,以及前掌、后跟外侧、后跟内侧回弹垫的材料,制作出舒适性、减震性、稳定性好的慢跑鞋减震鞋垫,并阐述了未来优化方向及应用趋势,以期通过减震鞋垫的应用为慢跑者提供缓冲与保护,为慢跑鞋的市场发展打下坚实基础.In order to minimize the damage of impact force to human body in the process of jogging,combined with the overall foot structure and plantar pressure distribution,a damping insole of jogging shoes was designed to reduce the probability of sports injury.The main function,quality measurement index and main factors affecting the performance of shock-absorbing insole of jogging shoes were analyzed.The materials of basic insoles and rebound pads on the outside of forefoot,heel and inner heel were selected to make shock-absorbing insoles of jogging shoes with good comfort,shock absorption and stability,and the optimization direction and application trend in the future were described.It is aimed to provide cushioning and protection for joggers through the application of shock-absorbing insoles,and lay a solid foundation for the market development of jogging shoes.
