摘　　要：目的探讨饮食指导+吞咽康复训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及并发症的影响。方法选取该院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者88例,采用双盲随机抽样法分为参照组和实验组,每组44例。参照组采用内科常规护理,实验组采用饮食指导+吞咽康复训练,对比两组吞咽功能改善总有效率、VFSS评分、并发症发生率.SWAL-QOL评分。结果4 w后实验组吞咽功能改善总有效率显著高于参照组VFSS评分、SWAL-QOL均显著高于参照组,并发症发生率明显低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食指导+吞咽康复训练可有效改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能,降低吸入性肺炎等并发症发生率,改善生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effects of dietary guidance and swallowing rehabilitation training on swallowing function and complications of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 88 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group by doublerandom sampling method,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group received routine medical care,while the experimental group received dietary guidance and swallowing rehabilitation training.The total effective rate,VFSS score,complication rate and SWAL-QOL score of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks,the total effective rate of swallowing function improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,VFSS score and SWAL-QOL were significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Dietary guidance and swallowing rehabilitation training can effectively improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with dysphagia,reduce the incidence of complications such as aspiration pneumonia and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of reference.
