聚焦解决模式对输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者术后疼痛及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式对输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者术后疼痛、心理状态及应对方式的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月在滕州市中心人民医院拟行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术的患者136例, 按入院诊治时间分为对照组(2018年11月之前入院)和观察组(2018年11月之后入院), 每组各68例。对照组给予常规护理, 观察组应用聚焦解决模式进行干预。比较两组患者干预前后疼痛、心理状态及应对方式的差异。结果干预后两组患者疼痛、焦虑及抑郁评分较干预前明显降低, 应对方式评分较干预前明显改善, 且观察组以上指标均明显优于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式能有效减轻输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者术后疼痛感, 改善患者的心理状态, 提高应对方式。Objective To explore the effects of focused resolution mode on postoperative pain,psychological state and coping style of patients undergoing ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 136 patients undergoing ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotriptomy in Tengzhou Central PeopleHospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into control group(admitted before November 2018)and observation group(admitted after November 2018)according to admission time,with 68 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with focused solution mode.The differences of pain,psychological state and coping style were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of pain,anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the scores of coping style were significantly improved,and the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The focused solution model can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients undergoing ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,improve their psychological state and improve their coping style.
