摘 要:对污水处理厂的剩余污泥进行碱预处理,研究了碱解液的溶解性有机物(DOM)组成、三维荧光特性、溶解性有机碳变化以及污泥有机质的红外特性。结果表明,当pH=12时污泥破解程度最大,达到了44.69%。溶解性碳水化合物(SC)与溶解性蛋白质(SP)浓度随着pH值的升高基本呈增大趋势,并以pH=11为分界点产生突变,当pH>11后SC与SP浓度大幅增加。平行因子分析(PARAFAC)将碱预处理污泥中的DOM划分为4种组分,包括2种类蛋白组分和2种类腐殖质组分,其中类腐殖酸类物质在pH=12时含量大幅提高。液相色谱-有机碳检测器联用仪(LC-OCD)分析表明,在pH值为9~11范围内,易生物降解的生物聚合物和中性低分子物质组分在DOC中占优势地位;而当pH=12时,腐殖质和腐殖质前体物的含量急剧上升,一些难生物降解的腐殖质大量溶出,同时一些易生物降解有机物被转化为难生物降解的腐殖质。红外光谱分析表明,糖类和蛋白类物质基团吸收峰面积随着pH值的升高呈增加趋势,氨基酸基团在pH=11时吸收峰面积达到最大,带有芳环结构的基团吸收峰面积在pH=12时达到最大。综合考虑,污泥资源化宜选择pH=11为最佳碱预处理条件。The excess sludge from a sewage treatment plant was pretreated by alkali,and the dissolved organic matter(DOM)composition,three-dimensional fluorescence characteristics,dissolved organic carbon(DOC)concentration,and infrared characteristics of the sludge were investigated.When the pH was 12,the disintegration rate of the sludge reached the maximum of 44.69%.The concentrations of soluble carbohydrate(SC)and soluble protein(SP)basically increased with the increasing pH,and changed at the cut-off point of pH of 11.The concentrations of SC and SP increased significantly when the pH was higher than 11.The parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC)divided the DOM in the alkaline pretreated sludge into four components,including two kinds of protein-like components and two kinds of humus-like components,among which the content of humic acid substances increased significantly when the pH was 12.The liquid chromatography-organic carbon detector(LC-OCD)analysis showed that the biodegradable biopolymer and neutral low molecule material(LMW)components were dominant in the DOC when the pH was in the range of 9-11.However,when the pH was 12,the content of humus and humus precursors increased sharply,and some non-biodegradable humus dissolved out in large quantity,while some biodegradable organic matters were converted into non-biodegradable humus.Infrared spectrum analysis showed that the absorption peak area of carbohydrate and protein increased with the increasing pH.The absorption peak area of the amino acid group reached the maximum when the pH was 11,and that of the group with aromatic ring structure reached the maximum when the pH was 12.After comprehensive consideration,pH of 11 was the optimal alkaline pretreatment condition for sludge resource recovery.
