摘　　要：白菜作为我国主要蔬菜之一,具有种植面积广、储藏量大的特点。切削机构是白菜收获机械中的重要机构之一,直接影响白菜收获的效率和质量。通过分析白菜收获工作的特点以及结合我国现有的切削机构类型,对切削机构及机架进行了设计,确定了圆盘式切削刀的关键参数,刀片长度100 mm,安装刀盘直径40 mm,切刀工作回转半径为120 mm;通过分析计算,确定了液压马达技术参数。该机构结构简单、制造成本低,适用于收割白菜的小型机械。As one of the main vegetables in China,cabbage has the characteristics of wide planting area and large storage.Cutting mechanism is one of the important mechanisms in cabbage harvesting machinery,which directly affects the efficiency and quality of harvesting.In this paper,through the analysis of the characteristics of cabbage harvest,and combined with the existing types of cutting mechanism in China,cutting mechanism and frame are designed,and the key parameters disc-type cutting knife is determined.Blade length is 100 mm,the diameter of Install package is 40 mm,and working turning radius is 120 mm.Through analysis and calculation,the technical parameters of the hydraulic motor are determined.The structure of the mechanism is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.It is suitable for small machinery for harvesting cabbage.
