摘　　要：分析客运专线正线和地铁隧道内线路对转辙机的防水需求,结合现有ZD(J)9转辙机的浸水试验分析转辙机的进水部位,从动作杆处、检测杆处、机盖与底壳结合缝处、外壳孔及轴连接处提升转辙机的防水性能;防水性能优化后的防尘密封型ZD(J)9电动转辙机的防护等级经第三方测试可达IP67M。防尘密封型ZD(J)9电动转辙机通过五机牵引道岔试装后满足使用要求。防尘密封型ZD(J)9电动转辙机现场使用时左右装倒向方便,表示缺口调整简单,杆件处的密封防护结构更换方便。This paper analyzes the waterproof requirements of the switch machine on main line of passenger dedicated line and subway tunnel,and analyzes the water inlet part of switch machine based on immersion test of the existing ZD(J)9 switch machine.The waterproof performance of switch machine is improved from the action rod,the detection rod,the joint between the cover and the bottom shell,the shell hole and shaft connection.The dust-proof and sealed ZD(J)9 electric switch machine with optimized waterproof performance is designed.The protection grade of switch machine can reach IP67M after the third party test.The ZD(J)9 electric switch machine of dust-proof and sealing type meets the use requirements after the trial assembly of fi ve traction switches.The ZD(J)9 electric switch machine with dust-proof and sealing is easy to be installed on the left and right when it is used on site,which means that the gap adjustment is simple and the sealing protection structure at the rod is easy to be replaced.
