摘 要:电能计量装置管理是电力企业日常工作的重要内容,贯穿发电、输电、用电的整个过程,电能计量的准确性与用电客户、电力企业的切身利益密切相关。文章针对单相电能表错接线核查工作量大、效率低、准确性不高的问题,提出了一种新型错接线分析方法,对单相客户电参量、客户档案、换表信息等进行大数据分析,精准定位单相电能表接线差错客户,相较于传统逐户排查方式,变被动核查为主动发现,大大降低了现场排查人员工作量,提高了工作效率,且降低了投诉率。The management of electric energy metering devices is an important part of the daily work of power enterprises,which runs through the whole process of power generation,transmission and consumption.The accuracy of electric energy metering is closely related to the vital interests of power customers and power enterprises.Aiming at the problems of heavy workload,low efficiency and low accuracy of single-phase watt-hour meter wrong wiring verification,this paper proposes a new wrong wiring analysis method,which analyzes the electrical parameters,customer documents and meter updated information of single-phase customers,and accurately locates the customers with wrong wiring of single-phase watt-hour meter.Compared with the traditional door-to-door investigation method,it changes passive verification into active discovery,which greatly reduces the workload of on-site inspectors,improves work efficiency and reduces the complaint rate.
