摘  要:传统的商场综合体选址决策模型,考虑的数据不具备多样性、实时性,导致商场综合体的选址方案不是最优,通过引入移动通信数据并进行深入分析,研究全新的商场综合体选址高维度动态决策模型。通过设计决策模型指标选取架构,理清决策模型与指标体系的关系,利用移动通信大数据潜在的规律,预测人口流动性,高维度动态决策模型明确客户行为特征,设置决策变量,利用判断矩阵,构建面向商场综合体选址应用的最优决策机制。选取某一城市的现有商圈作为案例实证仿真验证载体,在所有测试参量不变的前提下,与3种传统决策模型进行多维比较,结果表明,基于移动通信大数据的商场综合体选址高维度动态决策模型充分考虑了选址数据的多样性和实时性,得到的选址方案最优,具有时效性特点,其选址方案更符合实际。The traditional decision-making model of shopping mall complex location,the data considered do not have the characteristics of diversity and real-time,which leads that the location scheme of shopping mall is not optimal.By introducing mobile communication data and in-depth analysis,a new high-dimensional dynamic decision-making model of shopping mall complex location is preseuted.It designs the index selection framework of the decision model,clarifies the relationship between the decision model and the index system,makes use of the potential rules of big data in mobile communication,forecasts the mobility of population,defines the characteristics of customer behavior in the high-dimensional dynamic decision model,sets up decision variables,and uses the judgment matrix to construct the optimal decision mechanism for the application of shopping mall complex location.Taking the existing business districts of a city as the case,and on the premise that all the test parameters remain unchanged,it is compared with three traditional decision-making models in multi dimensions.The results show that the high-dimensional dynamic decision-making model of shopping mall complex location based on mobile communication big data fully considers the diversity and real-time of location data,and the location scheme obtained is optimal and time-effective.Hence,the site selection scheme is more practical.
