融媒体环境下电视台数字播控系统设计与实现

摘　　要：在融媒体环境下为了推动电视台产业转型,与新媒体的传播理念融合提升,从分析电视台的困境入手,通过SWOT矩阵剖析机会与威胁,构建基于云计算技术的私有云体系架构。从带宽、存储、服务器、软件多方面充分设计贯穿于播前、播中、播后的数字播控系统。系统划分为总控、播控、监控三大子系统十大功能模块,实测结果表明系统运行稳定,性能优异,为电视台播出提供安全、智能的调度体系,实现节目播出自动化、信息化。Under the fusion media environment,in order to promote the television industry transformation and the spread of new media concept fusion,this article analyzes the plight of television,and analyzes the opportunities and threats through the SWOT matrix,builds a private cloud based on the technology of cloud computing architecture.From the bandwidth,storage,servers and software design,it give a fully analyses of processes before planting,in sowing,and after sowing.The digital broadcast control system is divided into general control subsystem,broadcast control subsystem,monitoring subsystem,and ten big function modules.The measured results show that the system runs stably,has excellent performance,provides the security for the television broadcast,intelligent scheduling system,and realizes the automation and information broadcast.
