数字经济发展与消费升级联动的机理及其实证研究

摘　　要：近年来,“数字经济”反复在政府工作报告中出现,大力发展数字经济已成为国家及各级地方政府的重要经济目标之一。本文基于数字基础、数字应用、数字创新、数字素养和数字变革5维视角构建我国2013~2019年数字经济发展综合测评体系,并采用扩展线性支出模型(ELES)对消费升级进行衡量测度,在克服内生性问题基础上,探索数字经济发展与消费升级的联动机理,研究发现:(1)数字经济发展对消费升级具有助力引领作用;(2)数字经济发展通过提升居民应对风险能力、缓解居民当期流动性约束和提高网络化便利服务进而实现消费升级;(3)数字经济发展对消费升级存在正向空间溢出效应,直接效应和总效应也均为正向的。In recent years,the "digital economy"has repeatedly appeared in government work reports,and vigorously developing the digital economy has also become one of the important economic goals of the state and local governments at all levels.Based on the 5-dimensional perspective of digital foundation,digital application,digital innovation,digital literacy,and digital transformation,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for my country’s digital economy development from 2013 to2019,and uses the extended linear expenditure model( ELES) to measure consumption upgrades. On the basis of endogenous issues,we explore the linkage mechanism between the development of the digital economy and the upgrading of consumption. The research finds that:( 1) the development of digital economy plays a leading role in consumption upgrading.( 2) The development of the digital economy achieves consumption upgrades by improving residents’ ability to cope with risks,alleviating residents’ current liquidity constraints,and improving networked convenience services.( 3) The development of the digital economy has a positive spatial spillover effect on consumption upgrades,and the direct and total effects are also positive.
