“毒损脑络”理论对痫病诊疗的启发

摘　　要：本文立足于中医整体观念,通过文献分析,并结合现代医学研究和临床实践总结,从“毒损脑络”角度分析痫病中医病因病机,认为:风动是痫病发病的重要因素,而“毒损脑络”是风动导致痫病的关键病机,痰瘀与“毒损脑络”互为影响。故提出在“毒损脑络”基础上,解毒熄风祛除有害因素引起的风动,疏肝调气疏泄人体气血津液及经络的调控,最终缓解痫病的发作。Based on the holism concept of TCM,through the literature analysis,combined with modern medical research and clinical practice summary,this study analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of epilepsy from the perspective of‘toxins damaging Brain’,it believes that wind movement is an important factor for the seizures of epilepsy.‘Toxins damaging Brain’is the key pathogenesis of epilepsy caused by wind,phlegm stasis and‘toxins damaging Brain’are mutually affected.Therefore,on the basis of‘toxins damaging Brain’,the treatment principles of detoxifying and quenching wind,soothing Liver,regulating qi,blood and body fluids,as well as activating meridians,should be applied to relieve the seizures of epilepsy.
