基于“益气活血化瘀”探讨肾复康Ⅱ号治疗IgA肾病的理论机制

摘　　要：IgA肾病(IgAN)是免疫介导的临床最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,肾复康Ⅱ号胶囊是治疗慢性肾小球肾炎、慢性肾功能不全的有效院内制剂,本课题组经过研究发现,其针对IgAN伴肾小管间质损伤有明显的治疗作用。本文从“益气活血化瘀”理论出发,探讨肾复康号Ⅱ号胶囊,可能在IgAN出现早期纤维化时进行干预,其机理可能与肾复康号Ⅱ号胶囊具有减少肾脏TGF-β1的表达,抑制EMT的表达,阻止细胞外基质的合成,从而延缓IgAN向肾间质纤维化及肾小管的损伤进一步进展的机制相关,进而达到保护患者肾脏功能的作用。IgA nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common immune-mediated clinical primary glomerular disease.ShenfukangⅡCapsule is one of the effective hospital preparations to treat chronic glomerular nephritis and chronic renal insufficiency.The research group found that ShenfukangⅡCapsule has obvious therapeutic effect in the treatment of IgAN associated with renal tubular interstitial injury.This study discussed ShenfukangⅡCapsule could intervene early fibrosis of IgAN based on the theory of‘invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis’,its mechanism may be related to the decreased expression of TGF-β1,the inhibited expression of EMT,the prevented synthesis of extracellular matrix,thereby delaying IgAN to further renal fibrosis and renal tubular damage,thus playing the role in protecting Kidney function.
