摘　　要：睡眠在机体代谢调节中起关键性作用。研究发现,睡眠不足或失眠可引起碳水化合物、内分泌以及昼夜节律等功能紊乱。常见失眠动物模型主要以药物诱导或睡眠剥夺等方法来模拟人类失眠的症状和表现,代谢组学通过揭示生物整体、器官或组织内源性代谢物质的生化变化来深入了解失眠的生理病理过程。鉴于国内外有关中医药治疗失眠的代谢组学机制研究比较分散,本文基于失眠动物模型梳理中医药治疗失眠的代谢组学研究情况,从失眠动物模型的血液、脑组织、脏腑组织、尿代谢物与肠道微生物等5方面代谢组学研究进展进行汇总分析,探讨失眠内环境中代谢产物的代谢组学机制,为中医药治疗失眠的临床路径提供一定的参考和借鉴。Sleep plays a key role in the regulation of body metabolism.Studies have found that lack of sleep or insomnia can cause dysfunctions of carbohydrates,endocrine and circadian rhythm.Methods,such as drug induction or sleep deprivation,are commonly used to simulate the symptoms and manifestations of human insomnia.Metabolomics can deeply explore the physiological and pathological processes of insomnia by revealing the biochemical changes of endogenous metabolites in the whole organism,organ or tissue.Considering the relatively scattered research on the metabolomic mechanism of TCM in the treatment of insomnia at home and abroad,this article combed the metabolomics research situation of TCM treating insomnia based on the insomnia animal model.Metabolomics research progress of blood,brain tissue,viscera tissue,urine metabolites and intestinal microbes in animal models of insomnia were summarized and analyzed.It explored the metabolomics mechanism of metabolites in the internal environment of insomnia,which provided a certain reference for TCM in the treatment of insomnia.
