五音疗法视角下五脏病患者习练健身气功·六字诀的配乐调式选择研究

摘　　要：健身气功·六字诀作为我国传统健身功法,对于五脏疾病的改善具有明显的功效,配乐作为功法的一个重要组成部分,只要其调式与病脏相适应便可与功法共同促进五脏疾病的治疗,提高疗效。文章采用文献资料法等,依据五音疗法相关理论,旨在探求可对不同脏腑产生疗效的对应调式。结果表示,依据五音疗法中“顺其脏腑施乐法”:心、肝、脾、肺、肾脏疾病可以分别使用徵、角、宫、商、羽调式的配乐治疗;依据五音疗法中的“五志相胜施乐法”:情志因素所致的心、肝、脾、肺、肾脏疾病又可以分别使用羽、商、角、徵、宫调式的配乐治疗,但同时也应根据患者自身脏气盛衰、年龄、性格、爱好等辩证施乐。Fitness Qigong Six-character formula as China's traditional fitness skills for the improvement of five internal organs diseases has obvious effect.Music as an important part of qigong,as long as its mode adapt to diseases organs,it can work together with qigong to promote the treatment of five internal organs diseases,improving the curative effect.Based on the theory of five-tone therapy,this study adopted the method of literature,aiming to explore the corresponding modality which can produce curative effect on different internal organs.The results showed that according to the five-tone therapy"according to the viscera"method:heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney diseases can be respectively used to sign,angle,palace,shang and feather mode music treatment;According to the five-tone therapy in the"five chi phase win Xerox method":emotional factors caused by the heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney diseases can respectively use feather,business,angle,sign and palace mode music treatment.But at the same time should also be based on the patient's own dirty gas ups and downs,age,character,hobbies and other dialectical Xerox.
