摘  要:目的探讨分析采用二维彩超对甲状腺良恶性结节患者临床诊断的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2020年4月于本院接受检查与治疗的甲状腺结节患者467例作为研究对象,均采用二维彩超以及常规B超进行检查,并区分为二维彩超组与常规B超组。分析比较患者行不同检查后的良恶性结节的检出率及二维彩超检查下患者良恶性结节的回声、数量、钙化情况以及边界是否清晰。结果467例患者在手术治疗时经病理性检查分析结果,甲状腺结节为恶性患者106例(22.7%),良性患者361例(77.3%)。二维彩超恶性结节检出率为22.3%,良性检出率为77.7%,误诊2例;常规B超恶性结节检出率为18.2%,良性检出率为81.8%,误诊19例。二维彩超检查准确率显著高于常规B超检查,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.825,P<0.05)。经二维彩超检查的良性以及恶结节四项结果显示,回声的高与低、数量的单个与多个及有无钙化,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=26.372,51.589,22.663,61.392,36.377,19.653,29.185,P均<0.01)。边界清晰与不清晰比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用二维彩超技术对甲状腺恶性结节患者进行检查与诊断,临床准确率较高,误差率低,且有效分辨结节的回声、数量、钙化情况及边界清晰与否,为临床诊断与治疗提供极大的帮助,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 467 patients with thyroid nodules who were examined and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2020 were taken as the observation objects.All patients were examined by two-dimensional color ultrasound and conventional b-mode ultrasound,and were divided into two dimensional color ultrasound group and conventional b-mode ultrasound group.To observe and analyze the detection rate of patients with benign and severe nodules after different examinations,as well as the echo,number,calcification and clear boundary of patients with benign and malignant nodules under two-dimensional color ultrasound examination.Results Pathological examination and analysis of 467 patients during surgical treatment showed that thyroid nodules were malignant in 106 patients,accounting for 22.7%of the total.361 patients were benign,accounting for 77.3%.The detection rate of malignant nodule was 22.3%and that of benign nodule was 77.7%.The detection rate of malignant and benign nodules was 18.2%and 81.8%respectively,with an error of 19 cases.The accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasonic extraction was significantly higher than that of conventional b-ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.825,P<0.05).The results of benign and malignant nodules in two-dimensional ultrasound examination showed that the echo was high and low,the number of single and multiple,and the presence and absence of calcification,the data results were statistically significant(χ^(2)=26.372,51.589,22.663,61.392,36.377,19.653,29.185,all P<0.01).However,the data obtained from clear and unclear boundaries were not statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of the diagnosis of patients with malignant thyroid nodules,using two-dimensional colour to exceed technology for inspection and diagnosis,clinical accuracy is higher,low error rate,and effectively distinguish the ec
