复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清颗粒治疗非透析糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清颗粒治疗非透析糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月本院收治的80例非透析糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同进行分组,将采用尿毒清颗粒治疗的患者纳入对照组(n=41),将采用复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清颗粒治疗的患者纳入观察组(n=39)。比较治疗前、治疗6个月后两组血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、肾功能指标[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)]、血脂水平[甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、BUN、SCr、Ccr、TG、TC水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、BUN、SCr、TG、TC均低于治疗前,Ccr水平高于治疗前,且观察组各指标水平变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清颗粒治疗非透析糖尿病肾病,可提高临床疗效,降低血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6水平,改善患者肾功能,降低血脂,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound alpha keto acid tablets combined with Niaoduqing granules in the treatment of non-dialysis diabetic nephropathy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with non-dialysis diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were grouped according to different treatment plans,patients treated with Niaoduqing granules were included in the control group(n=41),and patients treated with compound alpha keto acid tablets combined with Niaoduqing granules were included in the observation group(n=39).Before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,compare the two groups of serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],renal function indexes[urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(SCr),endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr)],blood lipid level[triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC)].Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,BUN,SCr,Ccr,TG,TC between the two groups of patients;after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,BUN,SCr,TG and TC of two groups were lower than before treatment,Ccr level was higher than before treatment,and the level of changes in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound alpha keto acid tablets and Niaoduqing granules in the treatment of non-dialysis diabetic nephropathy can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the serum inflammatory factors TNF-αand IL-6,improve the renal function of patients,and reduce blood lipids,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
