认知重评策略对大学生生活满意度的影响:网络交往的中介效应

摘　　要：为了探讨网络交往及其因子在认知重评策略和生活满意度之间的中介作用,采用认知重评策略量表、大学生网络交往问卷和生活满意度量表对306名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)认知重评策略与网络交往及其因子、生活满意度呈显著正相关;(2)网络交往在认知重评策略与生活满意度之间的部分中介效应显著;(3)网络人际关系在认知重评策略与生活满意度之间的部分中介效应显著,网络自我表露在认知重评策略与生活满意度之间的部分遮掩效应显著。因此,认知重评策略可以直接积极影响生活满意度,也可以通过网络交往和网络人际关系积极影响生活满意度;高程度的网络自我表露则会掩盖认知重评策略对生活满意度的积极作用。In order to explore the mediating role of network communication and its factors between cognitive reappraisal strategy and life satisfaction,306 college students were investigated with Cognitive Reappraisal Strategy Scale,Network Communication Questionnaire of college students and Life Satisfaction Scale.The results showed that:(1)cognitive reappraisal strategy was positively correlated with network communication and its factors,life satisfaction.(2)The mediating effect of network communication on cognitive reappraisal strategy and life satisfaction was significant.(3)The mediating effect of network interpersonal relationship between cognitive reappraisal strategy and life satisfaction was significant,and the masking effect of network self disclosure between cognitive reappraisal strategy and life satisfaction was significant.Therefore,cognitive reappraisal strategy could directly and positively affect life satisfaction,and it could also positively affect life satisfaction through network communication and network interpersonal relationship;High level of online self disclosure will mask the positive effect of cognitive reappraisal strategy on life satisfaction.
