摘　　要：利用中国285个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用差分广义矩估计、三步法、Sobel检验分析互联网发展对生产性服务业多样化集聚的影响和中介机制,重点考察范围经济、交易成本和知识溢出在其中的中介作用。研究发现:(1)互联网整体上对城市生产性服务业多样化集聚产生显著促进效应。(2)在不同区域、行业和城市约束下,互联网的影响存在较大差异,即互联网发展显著促进了中部地区、大型及以上城市、低端等生产性服务业多样化集聚。(3)中介效应检验表明,互联网发展通过范围经济、交易成本和知识溢出三个路径促进生产性服务业多样化集聚,且均在其中发挥部分中介作用,其大小依次为交易成本、知识溢出和范围经济。基于此,提出通过发挥范围经济效应、提升交易效率、促进知识溢出来支持中国生产性服务业多样化集聚等政策建议。Based on the panel data of 285 cities in China,this paper analyzes the impact of Internet development on the diversified agglomeration of producer services and its mediating mechanism by using differential GMM,three-step method and Sobel test,focusing on the mediating role of economies of scope,transaction costs and knowledge spillovers.The results show that:(1)On the whole,the Internet has a significant promoting effect on the diversified agglomeration of producer services in domestic cities.(2)Under the constraints of different regions,industries and cities,the impact of the Internet is quite different,that is,the development of the Internet has significantly promoted the diversified agglomeration of producer services in the central region,large cities and above,and low-end producer services.(3)The mediating effect test shows that the development of the Internet promotes the diversified agglomeration of producer services through the three paths of scope economy,transaction cost and knowledge spillover,and all play part of the intermediary role,and the order of the size is transaction cost,knowledge spillover and scope economy.Based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to support the diversified agglomeration of producer services in China by giving play to economies of scope,improving transaction efficiency and promoting knowledge spillover.
