摘 要:极齿在转轴上和极齿在极靴上是两种常见的磁性液体密封结构,为了探讨极齿位置对其密封性能的影响,以及密封失效时首先发生泄漏的位置,提出了一种新型磁性液体密封结构—对齿型结构。由于三种磁性液体密封结构的极齿位置均不同,首先使用MAXWELL软件分别对三种密封结构进行了电磁场仿真分析;然后,比较了此三种密封结构的耐压能力,并找到了密封失效时首先发生泄漏的位置;最后,发现了边缘效应现象(极齿边缘的磁感应强度值大于极齿中部的磁感应强度值),并对该现象发生的原因和发生的位置进行了探究。研究结果表明:极齿位于转轴上时密封结构耐压能力最小,其密封失效时靠近极靴侧会先发生泄漏;极齿位于极靴上和对齿型两种结构的耐压能力分别比极齿位于转轴上高16.5%和56.0%,且密封失效时两种结构分别在近轴侧和密封间隙中部先发生泄漏;对齿型结构具有更高的耐压能力和密封可靠性。Polar teeth on the rotating shaft and polar teeth on the pole pieces were two common magnetic fluid sealing structures;when discussing the influence of the position of polar teeth on the seal capacity and the position where the leak first occurs when the seal fails,a new type of magnetic fluid sealing structure,the opposite tooth structure,was proposed.The positions of the polar teeth of three magnetic fluid seal structures were all different.At first,the electromagnetic field simulation analysis of the three structure was carried out by using MAXWELL software.Then,the location where the leakage occurred first when the seal failed was found out,and the seal capacity of the three seal structures was compared.At last,the phenomenon of edge effect(the value of magnetic induction at the edge of the pole tooth is greater than the value of the magnetic induction at the center of the pole tooth)was discovered,and the reason and location of the edge effect were explored.The experimental results show that the seal structure with the pole teeth on the shaft has the smallest seal capacity,and leakage occurs first when the seal fails on the side close to the pole pieces;comparing with the seal structure where the pole teeth are on the rotating shaft,the seal capacity of the pole teeth on the pole pieces structure and the opposite tooth seal structure are respectively 16.5%and 56.0%higher.The two structures leak first at the side of the rotating shaft and the middle of the seal gap respectively when the seal fails.The opposite tooth structure has higher seal capacity and seal reliability.
