摘  要:由于对丝杠副传动效率进行的研究较少,针对滑动丝副传动效率的测试问题,以微小型的塑料螺母与金属丝杠配合的丝杠副为研究对象,研制了微小丝杠副传动效率测试系统。该测试系统采用螺母旋转、丝杠直线运动的运动方式来测试丝杠副的传动效率;采用扭矩传感器测量了输入端扭矩T,采用力传感器测量了输出端轴向负载力F_(ax);通过设计弹簧负载装置,模拟了被测丝杠副测试过程中的实际负载工况;通过设计专用的丝杠副工装,解决了丝杠副的安装定位问题;通过采用TwinCAT2软件和倍福PLC编程语言开发了运动控制系统和数据采集系统;通过采用C++语言编写了人机交互软件。测试结果表明:传动效率的测试结果最小值>77%,在5500 N的负载下,传动效率可达83.818%;研究结果表明:该测试系统可满足微小丝杠副带载荷的传动误差测试要求。Aiming at the problem of the transmission efficiency test of the sliding wire pair,a transmission efficiency test system was developed with the micro-miniature plastic nut and the metal screw pair as the research object.The rotation of the nut and the linear motion of the lead screw were used to test the transmission efficiency of the lead screw pair.A torque sensor was used to measure the torque T at the input;the output end axial load force F_(ax) of force sensor was adopted.The test system was designed with a spring load device to simulate the actual load conditions during the test of the tested screw pair;a special screw pair tooling was designed to solve the problem of installation and positioning of the screw pair;TwinCAT2 software and Beckhoff PLC programming language were used to develop motion control system and data acquisition system;C++language was used to write human-computer interaction software.The test results show that the minimum value of the test result of transmission efficiency is>77%.Under a load of 5500 N,the transmission efficiency can reach 83.818%.The research results show that the test system meets the transmission error test of the tiny screw pair load.
