摘　　要：1920年,直胜皖败,直系军阀吴佩孚随之提出解决国事问题的“国民大会”主张,由此在社会上引起一场关于“国民大会”主张的讨论,而当时重要的舆论报纸《晨报》发表社论、报道以及评论文章,积极参与这一理论与实践问题的探讨,其讨论的目的在于寻找一条能彻底改变国事纷乱的局面,从而真正实现民意的道路。但是由于其在理论上存在诸多无法克服的缺陷,又在实践上缺乏可操作性,加上掌权派的军阀政界人士的反对而迅速流产。In 1920,the Zhili clique won and Anhui clique lost.After that,the Zhixi warlord Wu Peifu put forward the idea of"National Assembly"to solve the problems of the state,which caused a discussion about the"National Assembly"in society.The important newspaper"Morning News"published editorials,reports and comments to actively participate in the discussion about the theory and practice of this idea.The purpose of its discussion was to find a way to completely change the chaotic situation of the state and to realize the will of people.But because of many insurmountable flaws in theory,lack of maneuverability in practice,coupled with the opposition of powerful warlords and politicians in charge,it got a rapid abortion.
