摘  要:对比分析4种悬索桥长吊索拆装技术方案,选择单吊点局部无应力拆装技术方案应用于悬索桥吊索更换工程,设计单吊点局部无应力拆装工装,取得明显经济和社会效益。与多吊点拆装换索工艺相比,该拆装工艺采用二期卸载达到拆除和安装吊索的目的,可显著降低结构内力扰动。通过换索期间吊索监测和分析,发现运营期间16#索索力和索长变化较小。因此在不封闭交通的情况下,可进行吊索销轴拆除和安装,不干扰交通即可实现悬索桥的拆索和换索。理论分析表明,不封闭交通情况下换索张拉的索力变化比运营期车流的索力变化更加显著,因此可通过监测相关换索的索力和索长,确保换索有序进行。换索过程中,通过张拉临时索有效降低更换索的初始索力,使整个过程中更换索索力值不超过运营期索力值。换索监控数据表明,吊索实测索力与理论索力特征接近,确保吊索安全储备。Comparing with four disassembly and assembly technologies of suspension bridge,the local stress-free disassembly and assembly technology is selected and applied to the sling replacement project of suspension bridge.The local stress-free disassembly and assembly tooling for single lifting point is designed,and obvious economic and social benefits are obtained.Compared with the method of multi lifting point disassembly and assembly,the single lifting point disassembly process of long sling significantly reduces the structural internal force disturbance.Through the monitoring and analysis of 16 th sling cable,it shows that the change of cable force and relative displacement during operation is small,which indicates that it is convenient to remove and install the sling pin shaft without closed traffic,and the cable removal and replacement of suspension bridge can be realized without interruption of traffic.When changing cables without interruption of traffic,the signal characteristics of cable frequency change caused by sling tension are more significant than those caused by vehicle traffic,so it is convenient to monitor the cable force and cable length index of relevant cable replacement,and guide the orderly replacement of cables.In the process of cable replacement,the initial cable force is effectively reduced by temporary cable tension,and the peak value of cable force in the whole process of cable replacement does not exceed the cable force in the operation period.The data analysis of cable replacement shows that the measured cable force is close to the theoretical cable force,and the safety factor of the sling is enough.
