黄河下游地区体育文化旅游带创建的路径研究

摘　　要：在黄河流域经济发展一体化背景下,打造黄河下游地区体育文化旅游带对河南、山东两省经济发展和黄河文化保护均具有重要意义。运用文献研究法和空间分析法,分析黄河下游地区体育文化旅游带创建的必要性和可行性,提出黄河下游地区体育文化旅游带创建的路径,即以郑州、济南、青岛三个国家级城市为增长点,以国家体育旅游示范基地为增长极,以特色城市群为圈,以黄河水道、高铁、高速为轴,形成"三点、三极、六圈和多轴"的空间布局。通过打造黄河体育文化精品赛事,促进黄河下游区域的协同一体化发展,形成黄河下游地区体育文化旅游产业集群效应,构建下游体育文化旅游共同体,高效地促进黄河下游地区体育文化旅游业高质量发展。Under the background of economic development integration in the Yellow River basin,building a sports culture tourism belt in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is of great significance to the economic development of Henan and Shandong provinces and the protection of the Yellow River culture.By using the methods of literature research and spatial analysis,this study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing a sports culture tourism belt in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,and puts forward the path of establishing the sports culture tourism belt in its lower reaches,i.e.,a spatial layout of"three points,three poles,six circles and multi-axes"is formed with the three national-level cities Zhengzhou,Jinan and Qingdao as the growth point,with the national sports tourism demonstration base as the growth pole,with the characteristic urban agglomeration as the circle,with the Yellow River waterway,high-speed rail and expressway as the axis.The Yellow River sports culture boutique events are created so as to promote the coordinated and integrated development of the lower reaches of the Yellow River,form the cluster effect of sports culture tourism industry in its lower reaches,and build the lower-reaches sports culture tourism community.
