摘 要:试验以M62、汉优两种小白菜(Brassica rapa ssp.Chinensis)种子为研究对象,探究不同物理、化学及激素处理方法对打破小白菜种子休眠的效果。结果表明,0.8%、1.6%KNO_(3)浸种可使种子发芽率达到94%以上,且幼苗长势旺盛;GA浓度低于1000 mg/L时,浸种24 h可几乎完全打破休眠,种子发芽率均达99%;在引发处理中发现,400 mg/L GA和1.0%KNO_(3)可完全打破休眠,发芽率达100%;纯浓硫酸浸种可在不伤及胚的情况下有效破除种皮限制,使M62种子发芽率达到100%,汉优发芽率达到95%以上。Two kinds of non-heading Chinese cabbage seeds,M62 and Hanyou,were taken as research objects to explore the effects of different physical,chemical and hormone treatments on breaking the dormancy of non-heading Chinese cabbage seeds.The results showed that impregnated with 0.8%and 1.6%KNO_(3) could increase the germination rate of seeds to over 94%,and the seedlings grew vigorously.When GA concentration was lower than 1000 mg/L,the dormancy was almost completely broken by soaking the seed for 24 h,and the seed germination rate was up to 99%.In the initiation treatment,it was found that 400 mg/L GA and 1.0%KNO_(3) could completely break dormancy and the germination rate reached 100%.The seed soaking with concentrated pure sulfuric acid can effectively break the seed coat restriction without harming the embryo,and make the germination rate of M62 seed reach 100%and Hanyou seed reach over 95%.
