摘　　要：从HJ 1179-2021《涂料油墨工业污染防治可行技术指南》(简称《指南》,后同)标准编制的背景、基本原则和主要内容出发解读该《指南》,并从污染预防、治理和环境管理3方面分析提出的大气污染物、废水、固体废物和噪声污染防治可行技术和措施,有助于对《指南》的正确理解和有效落实。This paper fully interprets the HJ 1179-2021 Guideline on Available Techniques of Pollution Prevention and Control for Paint and Ink Industry from the background,general principle and main content of the guideline and analyzes the available techniques and measures for air pollutants,waste water,solid waste and noise pollution prevention and control from three aspects of pollution prevention,treatment and environmental management.This paper helps the readers understand and implement the guideline correctly.
