摘  要:通过对高固体分水下施工固化重防腐涂料的成膜物质、增塑剂、固化剂、溶剂、颜填料等主要成分进行筛选与分析,确定了可以在水下施工固化重防腐涂料的基础配方和制备工艺。制备的涂料不仅可以在水下具有较好的施工性,同时在水中固化后具有较好的附着力和防腐性,满足潮湿或水下作业环境的使用要求。This paper provides an overview of the progress made by our research team in the field of vegetable oil-based UV curing materials in recent years,mainly including high-performance vegetable oil-based acrylate photocuring coatings(including the epoxy acrylate type,polyurethane acrylate type and maleic anhydride modified acrylate type)and functional or intelligent vegetable oil-based photocuring coatings(including the low shrinkage type,super hydrophobic type and self-healing type).At last,development of vegetable oil-based photocuring coatings is envisioned.
