某急救中心2015-2018年在职职工健康体检结果分析与探讨

摘　　要：目的:对某急救中心在职职工连续4年健康体检结果进行分析,了解职工健康状况,为实施健康管理提供理论依据。方法:研究2015-2018年某急救中心在职职工健康体检数据,依据体检项目选取健康危险因素相关10个指标,按不同性别、不同年龄段分组对阳性指标检出率进行比较分析。结果:男性各项体检阳性指标检出率明显高于女性;男、女阳性指标检出率超重、肥胖、向心性肥胖、正常高值血压、血压偏高、空腹血糖(FPG)升高、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低、甘油三脂(TG)升高、血尿酸(BUA)升高均有显著差异(P<0.001);男性血脂异常阳性指标检出率峰值在20~29岁,正常高值血压、向心性肥胖、尿酸偏高、肥胖阳性指标检出率峰值在30~39岁。女性多数阳性指标检出率峰值出现≥50岁。结论:本研究急救人员群体健康状况不容乐观,男性健康状况更令人担忧且趋于年轻化,男性是预防代谢性疾病和早期心脑血管疾病重点人群。Objective:To investigate the basis for health management of medical staff,we analyzed the results of health examination of staffs in an Emergency Medical center.Methods:The results of health examination data of staffs in an Emergency Medical center from 2015 to 2018 were collected,and 10 risk factors related to health of abnormal results were analyzed by genders and age.Results:The positive rate of medical examination of was significantly higher than that of female,the abnormal results of male and female in overweight,obesity,central obesity,high normal blood pressure,high blood pressure,increased FPG,decreased HDL-C,increased TG,increased BUA had significant difference(P<0.001);The peak detection rate of dyslipidemia was between 20-29 years old in male group,and central obesity,peruricemia,obesity were in 30-39 years old.The peak of the detection rate of most indicators were in the over 50 years old in female group.Conclusion:The staffs of the Emergency Medical center had varies diseases.The health condition of male were worse and tended to be younger compared with female.The male should pay more attention to prevent metabolic diseases and early cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
