超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗高龄白内障的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析对高龄白内障患者实施超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗的临床效果。方法于2018年10月—2020年12月方便择取70例高龄白内障患者,将其按照入院时间予以分组,每组35例。对照组实施小切口ECCE手术治疗,研究组实施超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,对比分析两组临床效果。结果研究组术中并发症发生率为2.86%(1/35)低于对照组的22.86%(8/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032)。研究组术后并发症发生率为2.86%,对照组为22.86%,研究组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032)。从术后角膜中央内皮计数丢失情况分析,治疗前组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组细胞体积(416.79±23.82)μm^(3)大于对照组,内皮细胞变异系数(52.33±3.03)%高于对照组,细胞密度(2130.58±30.60)cell/m^(2)比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.650、7.536、25.534,P<0.05)。从视力恢复情况分析,术后7 d研究组25例视力达到0.5及以上,对照组10例视力达到0.5及以上,研究组视力恢复效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.857,P<0.001)。结论对于高龄白内障患者而言,超声乳化白内障吸除术的应用可缩短住院时间,减轻疼痛,改善角膜内皮细胞,还可以避免并发症发生,临床价值显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of phacoemulsification and cataract aspiration for elderly cataract patients.Methods From October 2018 to December 2020,70 elderly cataract patients were selected and divided into groups according to the time of admission,35 cases in each group,the control group was treated with small incision ECCE surgery,and the study group was treated with phacoemulsification cataract aspiration surgical treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Intraoperative,the incidence of postoperative complication rate of the study group was 2.86%(1/35)lower than that of the control group 22.86%(8/35),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032).After operation,the incidence of postoperative complications was 2.86% in the study group and 22.86%in the control group,the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032).From the analysis of postoperative corneal central endothelial count loss,there was no statistical difference between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the cell volume of the study group was(416.79±23.82)μm^(3) greater than the control group,the coefficient of variation of endothelial cells(52.33±3.03)%,higher than that of the control group,and the cell density(2130.58±30.60)cell/m^(2) was lower than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(t=2.650,7.536,25.534,P<0.05).From the analysis of visual acuity recovery,the visual acuity of 25 patients in the study group reached 0.5 and above 7 d after the operation,and the visual acuity of 10 patients in the control group reached 0.5 and above,the visual acuity recovery effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.857,P<0.001).Conclusion For elderly cataract patients,the application of phacoemulsification cataract extraction can shorten the hospital stay,relieve pain,improve corneal endot
